The blended learning program at Unibenedictine is customized to the needs of each student, unlike other distance learning programs. Postdoctoral programs are designed exclusively for each student, adapting to their professional and personal goals. They offer advanced training in research, teaching, and administration, deepening knowledge of the field and research methods. The criteria for the doctorate include understanding of the subject, independent research ability, and clear expression of ideas. The focus is on conducting original research and contributing to public knowledge.

The Unibenedictine Postdoctoral Program is a personalized educational experience that quantifies the student’s professional background and academic credentials, awarding Academic Credit according to their level of knowledge. After an initial evaluation, the Student’s Academic Status is established, which determines the corresponding Academic Credit Hours. The creation of the Study Plan is a collaboration between the student and the Academic Advisor. The student researches and selects courses from at least two Approved Institutions, based on their knowledge needs. Finally, the process culminates in a session with the Academic Advisor to approve the courses and Study Plans.

Postdoctoral programs focus on the student’s ability to conduct advanced research in their discipline, culminating in an original thesis that reflects their mastery of the field. These studies provide in-depth knowledge and methodological training, and the criteria for awarding the degree include understanding of the subject matter and the ability to conduct independent research, as well as the clear expression of ideas both verbally and in writing.
